Spinach Stuffed Pork Loin Chops

Spinach Stuffed Pork Loin Chops

Boneless pork loin chops
Stuffing mix
Frozen spinach
Canned mushrooms
Cream of mushroom soup
Prepare stuffing, thaw and drain spinach, chop mushrooms.

Mix above ingredients together, place spoonful on bottom of a pork loin chop and wrap chop over mixture, line a pan with stuffed chops, mix 1 can of soup with 1 c. milk, pour over chops. Heat oven to 375 , cover with foil and cook for 1 hr or until done.
