Sweet and Sour Glazed Spam-wiches
2 cans of spam diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup water
Oil
Sauté onions, green pepper and spam in oil until onion and
pepper are soft and spam is browned. Stir in can of pineapple and juice,
Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Heat thoroughly, then add the cornstarch
that has been combined with the water. Heat to a boil and cook until it makes a
thick glaze. Serve on buns.
