Spicy Chicken Tostados with green chili bean sauce
Chicken breast cut into pieces
Flour
Taco seasoning
Can refried beans
Small can green chilies
Green enchilada sauce
Con queso cheese (Velveta Type)
Milk
Corn tortillas
Mix flour and taco seasoning in bag and coat chicken. Fry in
oil until done. Mix refried beans, green enchilada sauce and green chilis in a
pan and heat. Mix cheese with a little milk and microwave until melted. Remove
chicken from pan and fry tortillas until golden. Top a tortilla with chicken,
then bean mixture, then cheese. Top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream or
guacamole if desired.
